Recipe of the Day-Garlic Lime Chicken

1 tsp                         Salt

1/2 tsp                     Black Pepper

1/4 tsp                     Cayenne Pepper

1/4 tsp                     Paprika

1/4 tsp                     Dried Thyme

1/4 tsp                     Dried Parsley

1 tsp                        Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp                     Onion Powder

4 Lg                        Chicken Breasts (bone in with Skin)/May use boneless skinless if you

Mix the dry rub above thoroughly in a small bowl.

Add 2 Tbs butter,

2 Tbs Olive Oil,

Juice of 3 limes; + one for garnish

Rub the chicken thoroughly with dry mix and place skin side down in skillet with the  preheated butter, olive oil on medium heat.  Cook for about 6 minutes or until the skin is golden brown.  Turn and cook an additional 6 minutes.  Baste with the juice of the 3 limes and cook an additional 4 minutes.  Baste with any sauce in pan as you continue to cook.  Serve with a lime wedge garnish, garlic mash cauliflower and spring greens salad with lime vinaigrette dressing.
