Diva Tastings-Summer Vegge Salad


1 Cup Zucchini Shredded and squeezed dry

1 Cup Colby Cheese Shredded (4 oz)

1 Cup Gruyere Shredded

1 Cup Mayonnaise

½ Cup Greek Yogurt

1 Cup Walnuts Chopped & Toasted

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Lemon Zest

½ tsp Kosher Salt

½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

4 Lg Green Onions Thinly Sliced

Assorted Vegetables and Bagel Chips

In a large bowl combine the first (11) ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with fresh vegetables such as cucumber stix, edamame, bell pepper slices, carrot stix etc. and Bagel Chips
