Diva Tasting: Oven Baked Chicken…



  • 1 (3 Pound) Whole Chicken, Cut Into Parts

  • 1 Cup Melted Butter

  • 2 Cups Crushed Ritz® Crackers

  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix the crackers and spices in a medium bowl.

  3. Dip the skinless chicken pieces in the melted butter. Coat with the crushed salted herb cracker crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

  4. Serve with Mash Potatoes,  Roasted Green Beans and Garden Salad
