  • 1 (19 Ounce) Can Garbanzo Beans, Drained And Rinsed

  • 1 Stalk Celery, Chopped (optional)

  • 1 Cup Cremini Or Button Mushrooms Chopped

  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives chopped (optional)

  • 2 Green Onions, Chopped

  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt Alternative Like A Garlic Herb Mix


  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Mix in celery, onion, mushrooms, mayonnaise (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt alternative to taste. Serve on rye or in pita pockets.
