Cookie Pie


  • 4 Cups Cold Half N Half

  • 2 (3.9 Ounce) Packages Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

  • 2 (14 Ounce) Packages Chocolate Wafer Cookies Chopped (1/2 Cup Reserved)

  • 1 Cup Pecans Chopped

  • 1 Baked Pie Graham Cracker Crust; Cooled

  • 1 (8 Ounce) Container Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream


  1. Beat half n half and pudding mix together in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer until thick and smooth, about 2 minutes; add crushed cookies and stir.

  2. Refrigerate pudding mixture until semi-set, about 10 minutes.

  3. Fold sour cream into whipped topping.

  4. Spread pudding mixture into the baked pie crust; top with whipped topping mixture and reserved cookies.
