One of my favorite healthy breakfast choices or for a snack anytime in the day…
Avocado Toast
4 Slices Artisan Grain Bread
2 Avocados
3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro, Or More To Taste
2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice, Or To Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Pinch Fine Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 Large Tomato Diced
  1. Toast bread slices to desired doneness, 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Mash avocado in a bowl; stir in cilantro, lemon juice, lemon zest, cayenne pepper, chia seeds and sea salt, pepper and garlic. Spread avocado mixture onto toast and top with Diced tomatoes
