Creamy Cheese Grits Side


2 Cups Uncooked Regular Grits

4 Cups Chicken Broth

2 Cups Whipping Cream

1 (10-3/4-ounce) Can Cheddar Cheese Soup, Undiluted

1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 Bunch Scallions (green Onions), Chopped

3 Tablespoons Butter

2 Teaspoons Hot Sauce

1 Teaspoon Salt

Prepare Grits in boiling Chicken broth and 1 teaspoon salt. Reduce heat to medium-low. When cooled down, add cheese soup and stir until blended. Add butter, hot sauce salt to taste. Fold in cream and onions. Serve immediately.
