Cabbage and Kielbasa
2 Large Kielbasa Sliced
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Head Cabbage, Cored And Cubed
½ Cup Water
1 Pinch White Sugar
1 Pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix
Place Kielbasa slices in frying pan and brown. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, sugar, salt, pepper, water and Onion Soup Mix to the pot; cook and stir the cabbage as it cooks. Cook until tender but still crispy.
Good served with garlic mashed potatoes and side salad. Cornbread if you wish.
