Dry Onion Soup Mix Instructions Place Kielbasa slices in frying pan and brown. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add cabbage, sugar, salt, pepper, water and Onion Soup Mix to the pot; cook and stir the cabbage as it cooks. Cook until tender but still crispy.
