We’ve been busy at work and trying new recipes. We hope you’ll enjoy. This is one I run on holidays for busy moms. It saved my bacon many times when daughter would tell me at 9 PM at night she promised I’d bake for the school bake sale!
Cake Mix Cookies
Basic Recipe
1 Box of your favorite cake mix
2 Eggs Beaten
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Confectioners’ Sugar, Or As Needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and brown sugar in a large bowl; mix until dough comes together. Form dough into 2-inch balls.
Add 1 Cup, Nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, or other items of your choosing and fold in.
Pour confectioners’ sugar into a shallow bowl. Roll each ball of dough in the confectioners’ sugar until coated. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until edges are firm, 8 to 10 minutes.

Devil’s Treats
Ingredients
1 (18.25 Ounce) Box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1 (6 Ounce) Package Chocolate Chips
1 (6 Ounce) Package Toffee Chips
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Confectioners’ Sugar, Or As Needed

Combine cake mix, white chocolate chips, toffee chips, eggs, vegetable oil, and brown sugar in a large bowl; mix until dough comes together. Form dough into 2-inch balls.
Pour confectioners’ sugar into a shallow bowl. Roll each ball of dough in the confectioners’ sugar until coated. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until edges are firm, 8 to 10 minutes.
I also like the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and nuts version.
