Savory Zucchini Cheese Bread
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Herb Seasoning
1 Large Zucchini Shredded
3 Green Onions Diced
3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Half-And-Half Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch loaf pan and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning, and Cheddar cheese together in a large bowl. Whisk in half-and-half cream, milk, and vegetables just until blended. Whisk in vegetable oil. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack. Cut in slices and serve with good butter.
