BEEF N VEGETABLE SOUP
Ingredients
2 Pound Ground Beef
2 Quarts Tomato Juice
1 Quart Spicy Tomato Juice
1 (14.5 Ounce) Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Onion, Chopped
4 Potatoes, Cubed
1 (16 Ounce) Package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
2 Quarts Beef Stock
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

In a large pot over medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain.

In a large pot over medium heat, combine cooked beef, tomatoes, onion, potatoes, mixed vegetables, beef stock and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer at least 60 minutes. May add water if needed. Serve with cornbread.
