Easy Ground Beef Tortellini Casserole
  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 Pinch Garlic Powder
  • Kosher Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Large Package Spinach Or Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Celery Soup
  • 1  Can of Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Minced
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9X13 inch baking pan.
  2. Brown hamburger with garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, celery soup and milk and one cup of the cheese. Gently Fold in the tortellini. Combine the soup/tortellini mixture with the hamburger and pour in prepared baking pan.
  4. Top with remaining mozzarella and Pour into the baking pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Until Cheese on top is golden brown.
