Caribbean Kielbasa Sausage Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Kielbasa Sausage, Sliced Into 1/2 Inch Pieces
  • 2 Cups Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 (15 Ounce) Can Pineapple Chunks, Undrained

Directions

  1. Place the sausage, ketchup, sugar and pineapple in the slow cooker and mix together.
  2. Cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours, until sausage is cooked through.
  3. Serve with fried cabbage and dinner rolls.

NOTE: YOU MAY PLACE 1/2 HEAD OF CABBAGE IN THE SLOW COOKER IF YOU CHOOSE TO COOK IT THAT WAY.
