Artichoke chicken
Ingredients
1 (15 Ounce) Can Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Chopped
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Sea Salt And Pepper To Taste
6 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place chicken in a foil lined 9×13 baking dish sprayed with oil, and cover evenly with artichoke mixture.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear. Serve with garlic herb mash potatoes, garden salad with vinaigrette.
