6 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Honey
3 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
3 Teaspoon Lime Juice
2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
8 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
Step 1 In a shallow container, blend soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic. Place chicken breast halves into the mixture in a large resealable bag and shake to coat well, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Step 2 Preheat an outdoor or indoor grill for high heat.
Step 3 Lightly oil the grill grate. Discard marinade, and grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear. Serve with grilled seasonal vegetables, garlic toast, baked potato or rice and beverage.
