Crab Cakes Low Carb

1 Pound Lump Crab

1 egg

¼ cup chopped onion

½ cup Almond Flour

1 tablespoon olive oil


Step 1 Drain and pat dry crab mix. Mix egg, onion, bread crumbs and Crab together.

Step 2 Make into patties. If mixture is too dry to form into patties, add 1/8 Cup Olive oil or to taste

Step 3 In a frying pan, heat olive oil. Place patties in pan. Brown on each side, turning gently. Drain on paper towels and serve. Serve with Garlic crostini, lemon sauteed green beans, roasted fingerling potatoes and beverages.
