Diva Tasting: Bacon Tart….



1 Tablespoon Butter

18 Slices Prosciutto

1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes

2 Cups Shredded Fontina Cheese

Salt And Pepper To Taste

1 Sheet Puff Pastry


Step 1-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Roll out the puff pastry, place on the parchment lined baking sheet and bake until just brown. Crisp prosciutto in a skillet.

Step 2- Arrange prosciutto on top of the baked pastry sheet, layer until pastry is covered.

Step 3-Arrange tomatoes over crisped prosciutto, and sprinkle with the cheese.

Step 4-Bake uncovered in the preheated oven (About 1/2 hour,) or until prosciutto is crisped, tomatoes are cooked and cheese melted. Toss shredded lettuce on top for garnish if desired. Cut into serving squares and serve.
