Cloud 9 Beef
2 pounds beef flank steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Teaspoon Garlic Minced
1 onion, chopped into 1-inch pieces
2 Bunch Broccoli florets or 1 bag of frozen cut green beans
½ cup beef broth or water
½ cup butter
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Step 1 Stir fry meat with a little salt pepper and vegetable oil until browned.
Step 2 Place steak, broccoli, onion, and broth in a skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, add butter, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until steak, vegetable, and onion are tender and most of the broth is absorbed, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve on top of a large helping of Mashed Potatoes.
