Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce


2 (12 Ounce) Packages Potato Gnocchi

¼ Cup Butter

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

1 Teaspoon Dried Sage

¼ Teaspoon Sea Salt

1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese


Step 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the gnocchi pasta, and cook until they float to the surface, 2 to 3 minutes; drain.

Step 2 In a skillet over medium heat brown garlic in oil. About 4 minutes. Stir in sage, salt and gnocchi. stir in with 1 Cup parmesan and pepper and toss. Top with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and serve with garlic crostini and salad.
