Creamed Spinach (Slow Cooker)
2 (10 Ounce) Packages Frozen Spinach , Drained And Squeezed Dry
2 Ricotta Cheese
½ Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Butter, Cubed
3 Large Eggs, Beaten
2 Cups Cubed Process Jack Cheese
¼ Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Step 1 Grease a 4 1/2 quart slow cooker. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, ricotta cheese, Sour Cream, butter, eggs, flour and salt until everything is evenly distributed. Transfer to the greased slow cooker.
Step 2 Cook on high for one hour, then reduce heat to low, and continue to cook for 4 to 5 hours.
