Slow Cooker Fruit Cobbler
Ingredients
Cooking Spray
2 Cups Frozen Peach Slices
2 Cups Mixed Frozen Berries
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 (18.25 Ounce) Package White Cake Mix
½ Cup Melted Butter
Directions
Step 1 Lightly spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix peaches and berries together in the slow cooker; sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat.
Step 2 Stir vanilla into berry mixture; add brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour cake mix over berry mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
Step 3 Cook in the slow cooker set to High until bubbling, 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
