Avocado Breakfast Bowl
½ Cup Water Or As Package Directions State
¼ Cup Red Quinoa Or Couscous; Prepared To Package Direction
1 ½ Teaspoons Olive Oil
1 Pinch Sea Salt And Ground Black Pepper To Taste
¼ Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Avocado, Diced
3 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese
Step 1 Stir water and quinoa or couscous together (prepare to package directions).
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook eggs to desired doneness; season with seasoned salt and pepper. Chop Eggs.
Step 3 Combine quinoa and eggs in a bowl; top with avocado and feta cheese. Yields 2 Bowls
