8 Extra-Large Eggs

8 Thick-Cut Applewood-Smoked Bacon

8 Oz. Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (grated)

4 English Muffins

2 Avocado

1 Cup Whole Milk

Directions

Recipe calls for 8 tablespoons of grated sharp white cheddar cheese.

Generously brushed four small microwavable bowls with olive oil and set them aside.

Place Bacon in the pan. 2 slices per serving.

Recipe calls for 2 eggs per sandwich, place into a bowl and beat them together with eight tablespoons of whole milk, as well as salt and freshly-cracked ground black pepper.

Placed two bowls into the microwave for 30 seconds. Then take them out and gently stirred each mixture to combine.

The eggs won’t change much… And that will be the case for a few minutes. Continued to microwave and stir the eggs at 30-second intervals until done and fluffy.

Cut each muffin in half and toast.

Sprinkled 2 tablespoons of cheddar into each bowl and microwaved them for 30 seconds to melt the cheddar and finish cooking the eggs.

Place the sliced avocado on the muffins. Place 2 slices of bacon on each.

Slide the eggs on top of the bacon and sprinkl leftover cheddar right on top, along with some salt and pepper.
