Ice Cream Cake
1 Box Butter Cake Mix
1 Stick of Butter Melted
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
2 Quarts Vanilla Ice Cream Softened
Pour the butter in the pan and swirl to coat Butter a 9×13 in. baking pan. Preheat oven to 325° Degrees
Sprinkle the cake mix in the bottom of the pan over the melted butter. Sprinkle the nuts over the cake mix. Bake for 20-25 minutes and cool.
Spread softened ice cream over the cooled crust. Cover and freeze or until set. Remove 10 minutes before serving. Top with hot fudge sauce, berries, nuts or other favorite toppings.
Variation: Use any of your favorite ice creams and toppings. This basic crust will due for most flavors. However, you can get creative and use any flavor cake mix or brownie mix to make it your own unique creation.
