3 Pounds Sea Scallops
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Step 1 Turn broiler on.
Step 2 Rinse scallop and place in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, melted butter or margarine and lemon juice.
Step 3 Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until scallops start to turn golden. Remove from oven and serve with extra melted butter or margarine on the side for dipping. Serve with Grilled Asparagus, Cauliflower Rice, Garlic Crostini and Beverage. Serves 6
Note: What’s the Difference Between Bay Scallops and Sea Scallops? Size is the most obvious difference when distinguishing bay scallops and sea scallops; sea scallops are much larger than bay scallops.
