Peanut Butter Chocolate Squares NO BAKE
4 Cups Chocolate Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Butter Melted
1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese, Softened
2 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
¾ Cup Peanut Butter (Optional)
2 Boxes Chocolate Instant Pudding
3 Cups Half N’ Half
1 (12 Ounce) Container Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
Step 1 In a medium bowl pour melted butter over cookie crumbs, mix until crumbly. Press cookies crumbs into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan, reserving a few for decoration.
In a medium bowl, beat together the pudding and half n’ half. In another a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar. Stir in the peanut butter (if using) until well blended, fold in the chocolate pudding mixture, then fold in the whipped topping. Spread over the cookie base, sprinkle the remaining cookie chunks on top, and freeze for 1 to 2 hours. Thaw 10 to 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
Note: you may eliminate the peanut butter and use any flavor of your favorite pudding to change the flavor of this easy treat.
