Healthy Chicken Salad


1 (6 Ounce) Container Greek Yogurt

½ Cup Mayonnaise

½ Cup Chopped Celery

¼ Cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Optional)

3 Tablespoons Chopped Onion

3 Tablespoons Chopped Pecans(Optional)

1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

3 Cups Cubed, Cooked Or Rotisserie Chicken Chopped

Kosher Salt And Ground Black Pepper To Taste


Step 1 Combine Greek yogurt, celery, cranberries: Optional, onion, pecans, and Dijon mustard in a bowl; stir until well combined. Mix in chicken and season with salt and pepper. Serve on a bed of lettuce or sandwich bread. Serves 4.
