Aunt Mary’s Chocolate Pie
2 (9 Inch) Pie Shells, Baked
2 (5 Ounce) Package Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
¼ Cup Cocoa
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
6 Cups Milk
1 (8 Ounce) Container Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
1 8 Oz Cream Cheese Softened
1 Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup Chocolate Shavings
Step 1 Prepare pudding according to package directions. Cover pudding with wax paper and allow to cool in Frig. for 5 minutes.
Step 2 Mix pudding, sour cream, cream cheese, cocoa powder, vanilla and then fold in ½ the whipped topping in a medium bowl until combined. Pour pudding mixture into pie shells and refrigerate until cool.
Step 3 Top with whipped topping before serving. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
