Green Bean Casserole
1 (18 Ounce) Can Creamy Mushroom Soup
1 Lg. Package Button Mushrooms Sliced
1 Lb. Thick Sliced Cooked Ham Chopped (Optional)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
6 Tablespoons Plain Bread Crumbs
3 Small Packages Frozen Cut Green Beans, Drained
1 (2.8 Ounce) Can French-Fried Onions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Large, oven safe, Chefs pan. In a large mixing bowl, mix soup, Cheddar cheese soy sauce, pepper, bread crumbs, and 2/3 cup of the onions.
Step 2 In a large skillet with olive oil and butter saute green beans and ham and mushrooms until cooked through. Add wet ingredients to pan and stir to combine.
Step 3 Bake about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir; sprinkle with remaining onions.
Step 4 Bake about 10 minutes longer or until onions are golden brown. You may also choose to transfer mixture to a 9×13 in. sprayed baking pan.
