To Die For Strawberry Dream

1 Box Of Yellow Cake Mix or 1 Package of Shortbread Cookies Crumbled1 Stick Of Butter Melted1 Packages (8 Oz Each) Cream Cheese, Softened1/2 Cup Sour Cream1 Cup Powdered Sugar2 Cup Cream As Needed Or As Pudding Directions Require2 Boxes Of French Vanilla or Cheesecake Instant Pudding2-(8-Oz) Containers Frozen (thawed) Whipped Topping 3 Cups Chopped Fresh Strawberries (reserve one cup for topping)Directions

Heat oven to 375°F. Melt butter in bottom of pan. Spread crumbled cookie crumbs or cake mix over butter and bakes in sprayed 9×13 -inch pan 10 minutes till brown. Let cool

While crust cools….In mixer bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy and smooth. Add prepared pudding; stir to combine. Add sour cream combine.

With rubber spatula, fold whipped topping and 1 cup of the chopped strawberries into cream mixture. Spread over cookie crust. Top cool whip and with remaining chopped strawberries. Refrigerate at least 4 hours To serve, cut into 5 rows by 3 rows to make 15 bars, or into 6 rows by 3 rows to make 18 bars.
