Mushroom and Snow Peas


2 Bags Frozen Snow Peas Thawed

2 Package Sliced Cremini Mushrooms

3 Tablespoons Butter

5 Tablespoons Cream Cheese, Softened

Kosher Salt And Cracked Black Pepper To Taste


Step 1 Place snow peas or green beans in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and simmer an additional 5 minutes.

Step 2 Add butter and cream cheese. Stir until melted and well incorporated, 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with meat entree, garlic toast and beverage. Serves 6

Note: May use or 3 Cans Cut Green Beans Drained instead of snow peas.
