Chicken Curry

1 Tablespoon Tikka Masala Per Serving of 4

Chicken breasts Boneless Skinless (1 Per Serving) Chopped

1 Can Coconut Milk Per 4 Servings

Stir Fry Chicken till brown. Bring Coconut milk and tikka masala to a bubble. Simmer chopped chicken breasts in this thick and creamy tikka masala sauce for an incredibly easy curry. Serve over rice.

Tuna Noodles

1 Box Mac n Cheese

1 Large Can Chunk Light Tuna

Frozen Peas

Cook a box of creamy shells and cheese, then toss in a drained can of tuna and thawed frozen peas to make it a complete meal. If you’re wanting a more casserole dish, sprinkle a little extra cheese on top and stick it in the oven until bubbly.

Haluski

Wide Egg Noodles

1 Large Package Cabbage Slaw

Chop up bacon and fry until crispy, adding shredded cabbage to the fat and cooking down until soft and fragrant. Pour this duo over cooked egg noodles and you’ve got a classic haluski on your hands.

Crab Rolls

Market Imitation Crab Meat

1 Can Crescent Rolls

Cream Cheese Softened

Flatten out the crescent rolls, smearing each with a dollop of cream cheese, then top with finely chopped imitation crab meat and bake until golden brown. For even more flavor, try using Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread.

Egg Rolls in a Bowl

1 Lb Ground Beef Browned and Drained

1 Small Package Slaw Mix Sauteed to Caramelize

1 Package Egg Roll Wrappers

4 Tablespoons Canola Oil or more as needed

Enjoy all the flavor of egg rolls without the hassle and frying them. Sauté ground beef, then toss with cooked cabbage and a roll a small amount into each of your egg rolls. Brush egg rolls on all sides with oil and bake on baking sheet at 400 degrees until golden brown.
