Pork and Red Cabbage-Slow Cooker

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Butter

5 Cups Shredded Red Cabbage

6 Boneless Pork Chops Chopped

1 Cup Chopped Green Apples

Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Cup Water

¼ Cup White Sugar

2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt

¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

¼ Teaspoon Ground Cloves

Directions

Step 1 Place all liquid ingredients and spices into crock pot and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place Cabbage, pork, and apples in the liquid.

Step 2 Bring to high heat, cover, and simmer until the cabbage and pork is tender, 4-6 hours. Serve with apple sauce, rolls and beverage. Serves 4
