Sandwich Cookies

2 packages (9.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Shape™ Christmas Tree Sugar Cookie Dough (20 Count). Use regular Sugar Cookie Dough if Christmas dough is not available.

1 Can Chocolate or Butter Cream store bought frosting

Candy sprinkles

1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Bake cookies as directed on package. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.

For each sandwich cookie, spread 1 tablespoon frosting on bottom of 1 cookie. Top with second cookie, bottom side down; press together gently. Roll cookie sandwiches in powdered sugar and candy sprinkles to cover edge of frosting center. Store loosely covered. 20 sandwich cookies.
