Greek Scrambled Eggs


2 Tablespoon Butter

5 Eggs

1 Teaspoon Water

½ Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

12 Cherry Tomatoes Halved

Salt And Pepper To Taste


Step 1 Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Beat eggs and water together, then pour into pan. Add feta cheese, tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with coffee, garlic toast and Greek potatoes. Serves 2
