Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli
4 Cups Broccoli Florets
1 Small Package of Cremini Mushrooms Sliced
1 Pound Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
½ Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Tear off four 15-inch sheets of foil. Fold each sheet in half and crease it in the center. In a resealable plastic bag pour garlic, sesame oil, ginger and soy sauce. Spoon the mixture evenly over broccoli and shrimp in the bag and shake to coat.
Step 2 Divide broccoli, mushrooms and shrimp evenly on the center each sheet of foil
Step 3 Fold the foil over the center and seal the ends. Place foil packets on a large baking sheet with 1-inch sides.
Step 4 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until shrimp is done.
Step 5 Place foil packets on dinner plates. Carefully cut an X in the top of each packet; open carefully, allowing steam to escape. Serve immediately. Serves 4
