Mediterranean Pulled Pork
1 (2 Pound) Pork Tenderloin, Fat Trimmed
2 Tablespoons Greek Seasoning, Or More To Taste
1 (16 Ounce) Jar Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers
½ Cup Water
Step 1 Pour water into slow cooker. Place pork tenderloin into the slow cooker, sprinkle meat generously with Greek seasoning, and pour the jar of pepperoncini peppers with their juice over the pork. Cook 5 hours on High.
Step 2 Shred the pork using 2 forks and allow to cook 10 to 15 more minutes. Serve with Greek Potatoes, Garden Salad with Mediterranean Vinaigrette and Lemonade or Tea. Serves 8
