Fish and Capers in White Wine
2 Pounds Haddock Filet or Trout Fillet
4 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper
1 Small Jar Capers
1 Pinch Paprika, Or To Taste
½ Cup White Cooking Wine
2 Teaspoons Minced Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, Or To Taste

Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
Step 2 Place fish in the middle of the aluminum foil; top with butter, lemon pepper, capers, and paprika. Pour cooking wine over fish. Tent the foil around on the fish.
Step 3 Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 30 minutes. Garnish fish with parsley. Serve with broiled lemon asparagus, garlic bread and beverage. Serves 4
