Tropical Cookie Dessert
Ingredients
Crust:
1 Box Cake Mix, Yellow
1 Stick Butter Melted
½ Cup Sugar
Filling:
2 (15 Ounce) Cans Crushed Pineapple, Drained
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
1 (large) Container Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
1 Jar Maraschino Cherries, Chopped
1 (14 Ounce) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Directions
Step 1 in a mixing bowl place cake mix, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9X13 inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 Degrees.
Step 2 In a large mixing bowl, fold pineapple, lemon juice, whipped topping, cherries, condensed milk, and walnuts together. Pour into cooled baking dish and chill for at least one hour before serving.
