Pork and Cabbage Stew


2 (23 Ounce) Cans Condensed Tomato Soup

3 Quarts Chicken Broth

2 Cups Water

1 Large Head Green Cabbage, Cut Into Chunks

2 Pounds Cooked Pork Butt, Cut Into Chunks

1 Pound Kielbasa Sausage, Sliced Into Rounds (Optional)

Kosher Salt And Ground Black Pepper To Taste


Step 1 Combine condensed soup, water, chicken broth, and cabbage in a large stockpot. Add pork, kielbasa, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender, 10 to 15 more minutes. Serve with cornbread and beverage. Serves 10
