CHAFFLE RECIPES
Chaffle n Cheese
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup Finely Mozzarella Or Cheddar
Instructions
Whisk egg and cheese in a medium bowl.
Spray waffle iron with cooking spray or butter.
Pour about 1/4th of the mixture into the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Remove and repeat for remaining batter.
Serve as waffles with pancake syrup or use as bread for sandwiches!
Cream Cheese Chaffle
1 (8oz) Block Soft Cream Cheese
5 Eggs
3/4 Cups almond Flour or 3-4 Tbsp Coconut Flour
(For A Thicker Waffle, You Can Add 1-2tbsp More Of Flour. Makes A Great Texture!)
1 Heaping Tsp everything Bagel Seasoning
1tsp Baking Powder
Dash Of Salt
Blend everything in food processor till smooth.
-LET SIT 5-10min. So important!
-Re-Heat Dash mini waffle iron and use spray of coconut oil per batch.
-Pour roughly 1/4 cup into waffle maker and let cook for 2min (till golden tops)
-Repeat steps for remainder of batter and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
-Batch makes 12-15 mini waffle breads!
Broccoli Chaffle Keto Friendly
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
½ Diced Onion
½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese’
2 Tablespoons Ricotta
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Place in an oiled waffle iron. Bake 12 Minutes until set /browned. May depend on your waffle heat setting.
Chaffle; Little Miss Sunbeam Basic
Ingredients
1 Egg, large
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Almond flour
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Water
Instructions
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
Meanwhile, whisk together the egg in a small bowl until well beaten.
Add the almond flour, mayo, baking powder and water; mix well.
Spray your waffle maker with non-stick spray and pour half of your batter in. Close the lid and allow to cook for about 3 minutes or until the automatic timer or light goes off. Repeat for second waffle.
Basic chaffles–Keto Wonder Bread Chaffle Recipe (Coconut and Almond Flour Recipe Versions)
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoons Almond Flour
1 Teaspoon Water
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Egg
Pinch Of Pink Himalayan Salt
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour half the batter into a mini dash waffle maker and cook for about 3 1/2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Version Notes: Takes between 3 and 4 minutes to cook., Tastes more eggy than the coconut flour version. The almond flour version tends to be a bit thinner than the coconut wonder bread recipe.
Wonder Bread Chaffle Recipe using Coconut Flour
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Tablespoon Dukes Mayonnaise
1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Egg
Pinch Of Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Allow the batter to sit for about a minute to thicken and stir it again.
Pour half the batter into a mini dash waffle maker and cook for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 2 mini wonder bread chaffles.
