Brunch Casserole


½ Loaf Artisan Garlic Bread Bread Cubed and Toasted

1 Pound of Bacon Crisped and Chopped

2 (10 Ounce) Packages Broccoli, Thawed And Drained

2 Cups Cheddar Cheese,

1 Cup Feta

1 Cup Ricotta Cheese

12 Eggs, Lightly Beaten

2 Cups Half n Half

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes Halved

1 Cup Shredded Monterey for Topping


Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Place cube bread on a sprayed foil lined baking sheet and roast in oven for 10 minutes. Remove and place in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2 In a large bowl, whisk eggs together, add in, all vegetables, cheeses and spices. Fold in cooked, chopped bacon.

Step 4 Pour into a large mixing bowl over the cubed bread and let soak 20 minutes.

Step 5 Pour into baking and Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar.

Step 6 Cover with aluminum foil, and bake 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until set in the middle, (depending on your oven) Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
