Spaghetti Sauce and Slow Cooker Meatballs

Meatballs Slow Cooker

Ingredients

1 (2 Pound) Bag Frozen Cooked Meatballs

1 (14.5 Ounce) Can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

1 (12 Ounce) Bottle Tomato-Based Chili Sauce

½ Lemon, Juiced

2 Drops Hot Sauce, Or More To Taste

Directions

Step 1 Place frozen meatballs into a slow cooker. Add cranberry sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir to distribute sauce evenly over meatballs.

Step 2 Cook on High until meatballs are completely thawed and hot, about 3 hours.

Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

2 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef Browned and Crumbled

2 (16 Ounce) Cans Diced Tomatoes

2 (15 Ounce) Cans Tomato Sauce

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon White Sugar

2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley

1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

¼ Teaspoon Dried Oregano

¼ Teaspoon Dried Basil

¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1 Combine crumbled ground beef, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, sugar, parsley, salt, oregano, basil, and pepper in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium-low, cover saucepan, and simmer until flavors blend, about 40 minutes. Serve Tossed with your favorite prepared pasta, artisan garlic bread, Mediterranean salad and meatballs. Serves 6

Note: This is delicious to simmer meatballs in – add the slow cooker, cooked meatballs above in during the last 15 minutes of simmering.
