Shoyu Pork
Ingredients
1 (4 Pound) Pork Butt Roast
1 (8 Ounce) Can Tomato Sauce
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Sake or Rice Vinegar
3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
Direction
Step 1 Place the pork roast into the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour the tomato sauce, sugar, soy sauce, sake, and garlic into a bowl, and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture over the pork roast. Cover the slow cooker, and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with Jasmine Rice
