Diva Tasting: Chaffles….

If any of you are using TikTok these are all over the place and a friend of mine sent me these two. Keto Friendly, easy to make and can be used as buns and bread for sandwiches. I’ve tried the one with cheese and egg only. I liked but each to their own. Namaste, The Queen Cronista

CHAFFLE

2 Large Eggs

Ingredients:

1 Cup Finely Mozzarella Or Cheddar

Directions:

Pre-heat dash waffle iron.

Whisk egg and cheese in a medium bowl.

Spray waffle iron with cooking spray or butter.

Pour about 1/4th of the mixture into the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Remove and repeat for remaining batter.

Serve as waffles with pancake syrup or use as bread for sandwiches!

Cream Cheese Chaffle

Ingredients:

1 (8oz) Block Soft Cream Cheese
5 Eggs
3/4 Cups
almond Flour or 3-4 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Heaping Tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Dash Of Kosher Salt

Directions:

Blend everything in BLENDER or food processor till smooth.
-LET SIT 5-10min. Very important!
-Re-Heat Dash mini waffle iron and use spray of avocado oil per batch.
-Pour roughly 1/4 cup into waffle maker and let cook for 2min (till golden tops)
-Repeat steps for remainder of batter and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
-Batch makes 12-15 mini waffle breads!
