Lets Do Cauliflower …

Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic

1 Large Head Cauliflower, Separated Into Florets

Kosher Salt And Ground Black Pepper To Taste

½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Directions

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Step 2 Combine olive oil and garlic in a large resealable bag. Add cauliflower, seal the bag, and toss until cauliflower is coated. Pour into the prepared casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Step 4 Remove from the oven and turn on the broiler.

Step 5 Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley over the cauliflower.

Step 6 Return to the oven and broil until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 6

Buffalo Style Cauliflower

Ingredients

Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (Such As Frank’s® Redhot)

2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Head Cauliflower, Broken Into Small Florets

¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2 Place Buffalo sauce, olive oil, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat until butter is melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir to combine. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat.

Step 3 Spread cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Continue baking until slightly toasted, about 10 minutes more.

Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients

1 Head Cauliflower, Trimmed

2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Or More To Taste

½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder, Or To Taste (Optional)

Kosher Salt And Ground Black Pepper To Taste

Directions

Step 1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 2 Place the cauliflower onto a cutting board with the stem side facing upwards; cut vertically into 4 steaks approximately even in thickness. Arrange ‘steaks’ onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks; season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3 Roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes, turn with a spatula, and continue to roast until soft in the middle and darkening around the edges, about 15 minutes more. Serves 4
