Mediterranean Dip

Ingredients

2 (10 Ounce) Containers Red Pepper Hummus

¾ Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

¾ Cup Peeled And Diced Cucumber

½ Cup Diced Fresh Tomato

½ Cup Finely Chopped Kalamata Olives

¼ Cup Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

Directions

Step 1 Spread the hummus in a smooth layer in an 8×8-inch baking dish.

Step 2 Layer the feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, and Kalamata olives on top.

Step 3 Whisk together the olive oil and oregano in a small bowl, then drizzle over the Kalamata olives. Refrigerate up 24 hours before serving. 10 Servings

Creamy Layered Dip

Ingredients

1 Cup Unsalted Butter

¾ Pound Feta Cheese, Crumbled

1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese, Softened

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 Shallot, Minced

3 Tablespoons Dry Vermouth

Ground White Pepper, To Taste

½ Cup Pine Nuts, Toasted

1 Cup Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes

¾ Cup Pesto Sauce

Directions

Step 1 In a food processor, combine the butter, feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic, shallot, vermouth, and white pepper. Process until smooth.

Step 2 Oil a medium bowl, or gelatin mold, and line with plastic wrap for easy removal. Layer the dip into the mold as follows: Sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, pesto, cheese mixture. Repeat. Pat down into the mold, and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Step 3 Turn the dip out onto a serving plate, and remove plastic wrap. Serve with crackers. 30, 2 Tablespoon Servings

Layer Dip

Ingredients

1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese, Softened

3 Tablespoons Half N Half

1 Cup Cocktail Sauce

1 Avocado – Peeled, Pitted And Diced

1 Tomato, Chopped

1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped

1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped

1 (2 Ounce) Can Black Olives, Drained And Chopped

1 (8 Ounce) Package Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Step 1 In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and milk until smooth. Spread onto a large, round serving dish. Layer with cocktail sauce. Top with avocado. Layer with tomato, green bell pepper, green onions and black olives. Sprinkle with cheese. Chill in the refrigerator 1 hour, or until firm.

Saucy Seafood Dip

Ingredients

1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese, Softened

½ Cup Mayonnaise

½ Cup Sour Cream

3 (4.5 Ounce) Cans Small Shrimp, Drained

1 (8 Ounce) Jar Cocktail Sauce

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

¼ Cup Chopped Green Onion

¼ Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper

1 Tomato, Chopped

Directions

Step 1 In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Spread into the bottom of a serving dish. Top with layers in the following order: shrimp, cocktail sauce, mozzarella cheese, green onion, green pepper, and tomato. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serves 24

9 Layer Mexican Dip

Ingredients

2 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves

1 ½ Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

4 Slices Lean Bacon, Chopped

1 (16 Ounce) Can Refried Beans

1 Teaspoon Taco Seasoning Mix

1 Cup Sour Cream

¾ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup Prepared Guacamole

1 Cup Diced Tomatoes

1 ½ Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro

2 Tablespoons Sliced Black Olives

2 Tablespoons Finely Sliced Green Onions

¼ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Step 1 Place the chicken, 1 1/2 tablespoons of cilantro, and vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, and pan-fry the chicken breasts until lightly golden brown, no longer pink in the middle, and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside. When cooled, cut into cubes.

Step 2 Place the bacon in the same skillet, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Mix the refried beans into the skillet with the bacon, and cook, stirring frequently, until the beans are hot and bubbling, 5 to 10 minutes. Mix the taco seasoning and sour cream together in a bowl.

Step 3 To assemble, spread the hot bean and bacon mixture into the bottom of an 8×8-inch glass dish. Sprinkle the chicken cubes over the bean mixture, then follow with these layers: 3/4 cup of Cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream mixture, and sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle the top with 1 1/2 tablespoons of cilantro, black olives, green onions, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Shrimp Cocktail Dip

Ingredients

1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese

1 (8 Ounce) Jar Cocktail Sauce

2 Pounds Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined

1 (10 Ounce) Package Thin Wheat Crackers

Directions

Step 1 On a large pasta bowl plate, spread cream cheese to edge of plate. The cheese should be spread to about a 1/4 inch to 1/3 inch thickness. Pour cocktail sauce in center of plate, leaving a 1-inch ring around the edge of cream cheese. Make a pile of the shrimp by covering the cocktail sauce.

Step 2 Arrange crackers by sticking them standing up into the cream cheese ring around the edge. Place them tight like dominoes around the entire plate.

Hot Layer Dip

Ingredients

1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese, Softened

½ Teaspoon Dried Oregano

½ Teaspoon Dried Parsley

¼ Teaspoon Dried Basil

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup Alfredo Sauce

6 Tablespoons Chopped Marinated Artichoke Hearts

3 Ounces Real Bacon Bits, Chopped

4 Tablespoons Sliced Black Olives

Directions

Step 1 In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, oregano, parsley, and basil.

Step 2 Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate, or a shallow microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread the Alfredo sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then top with green pepper, artichoke hearts and olive slices. Cover, and microwave for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Hot Pizza Dip

Ingredients

1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese, Softened

½ Teaspoon Dried Oregano

½ Teaspoon Dried Parsley

¼ Teaspoon Dried Basil

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup Pizza Sauce

2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Bell Pepper

2 Ounces Pepperoni Sausage, Chopped

2 Tablespoons Sliced Black Olives

Directions

Step 1 In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, oregano, parsley, and basil.

Step 2 Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate, or a shallow microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread the pizza sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then top with green pepper, pepperoni and olive slices. Cover, and microwave for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Chopped Wedge Salad Dip

Ingredients

1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 (1 Ounce) Package Ranch Dressing Mix

1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

2 Cups Fine Chopped Romaine Lettuce

1 Cup Chopped Roma Tomatoes

½ Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese, Or More To Taste

1 Cup Cooked Real Bacon Bits

1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Chives

Directions

Step 1 Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, garlic salt, and garlic powder in a blender or food processor; mix well. Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9X9-inch baking dish. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, and chives. 12-14 Servings

Muffaletta Dip

Ingredients

½ Cup Chopped Green Salad Olives

¼ Cup Chopped Black Olives

4 Tablespoons Italian Dressing

1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup Shredded Romano Cheese

4 Slices Smoked Ham, Chopped

4 Slices Hard Salami, Chopped

2 Cups Chopped Cheddar Brats

Directions

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2 Combine stuffed olives, black olives, and Italian dressing together in a bowl. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella and Romano cheese, ham, cheddar brats and salami together in a separate bowl. Spread cheese mixture into a pie plate.

Step 3 Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling, 15 to 20 minutes. Top dip with olive mixture. Serves 18; serve with pita wedges or lavosh.

Creamy Berry Dip

Ingredients

2 (8 Ounce) Packages Cream Cheese, Softened

1 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 Tablespoons Seedless Red Raspberry Jam

2 Tablespoons Miniature Semisweet Chocolate Chips

1 Pint Fresh Raspberries For Garnish (Optional)

1 (7.2 Ounce) Package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®

Directions

Step 1 Place cream cheese in a food processor and pulse until smooth, 8 to 10 pulses. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Process again until smooth. Place half of the mixture into a small glass bowl or other small clear container.

Step 2 Place jam in a microwaveable bowl; microwave until smooth and liquefied, about 10 seconds. Stir. If not completely liquefied, microwave another 5 seconds.

Step 3 Spread liquefied jam evenly over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread over the entire surface to the edges.

Step 4 Carefully spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the jam. Sprinkle semi sweet chips.

Step 5 Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Step 6 Garnish with raspberries. Spread on Pretzels or use the spread as a dip with chocolate covered pretzels, chopped cake donuts, shortbread cookies. 20 Servings

Variation: Substitute your favorite berry or 4-5 cups of your favorite juicy fruit like peaches. Let your imagination guide you.
