1 Pound Fresh Asparagus Spears, Trimmed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Juice of Fresh Lemon with Zest
Kosher Salt And Pepper To Taste
Step 1 Preheat grill for high heat.
Step 2 In a resealable plastic bad, Lightly coat the asparagus spears with olive oil and lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shake well to coat.
Step 3 Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
