5 Cups Rotisserie, Chopped Chicken
1 Pound Fresh Broccoli, Cooked And Chopped
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoons Curry Powder
½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
Kosher Salt And Pepper To Taste
4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
1 Packet Dry Onion Soup
1 (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Celery Soup
1 (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 (6 Ounce) Can French-Fried Onions
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine chicken in a large mixing bowl with broccoli a 9×13-inch baking.
Step 2 In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Add 2 cups Cheddar cheese, packet of onion soup, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup and mix again, then pour mixture over chicken and broccoli. Combine well. Pour into the prepared baking dish, then Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups of cheese and top with onions. Serve with Caprese salad and beverage.
