Green Beans Your Way
Air Fryer Green Beans
Ingredients
12 Ounces Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Step 1 Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2 Place green beans in a large bowl. Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a separate bowl, then pour over green beans. Toss to coat and let marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 3 Place 1/2 of the green beans in the air fryer basket.
Step 4 Cook in the preheated air fryer, shaking basket halfway, until crispy, about 12 minutes. Repeat with remaining green beans.
Crock Pot Green Beans
Ingredients
2 Pounds Ounces Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed
1 Ham Hock Or 3 Oz Of Salt Pork
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 Cup Chicken Broth
Directions
Step 1 Preheat Crock Pot on Low.
Step 2 Place green beans in a large bowl. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chicken broth and garlic, in a separate bowl, then pour over green beans. Toss to coat and let marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 3 Place in the Crock Pot/Slow Cooker with the ham hock.
Step 4 Cook in the preheated cooker for 6 Hours.
